Our Services
We are a group of licensed counselors who provide person-centered and evidence-based psychotherapy services. We offer both telehealth and in-person appointments from our office located in Columbus, Ohio. Our expertise includes individual, couples, and family counseling. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all therapy model, so we use a variety of therapeutic approaches in our work. Learn more about our services below.

Our Philosophy
We included the snowdrop flower in our logo as a powerful symbol of hope and new beginnings. Emerging through the frozen ground at the end of winter, the snowdrop represents resilience, renewal, and the quiet strength it takes to move forward after difficult times. Just as the flower marks the first sign of spring, we believe every person has the potential to grow and heal, no matter how cold or dark their past may feel. The snowdrop reminds us—and those we serve—that transformation is always possible, and that even in the most challenging seasons, new life is waiting to emerge.
